How should I pay?
We accept cash and cheque payments on the day. However if that is not possible we can receive postal payment by cheque or payments can be made by bank transfer. Payments should be received within 7 days.
Alternatively we can arrange a monthly standing order option to spread your year plan into 10 equal monthly payments.
Do I need to be in when the lawn is treated?
No, and many of our customers are not, but please remember to leave your gate unlocked so we can gain access to the lawn.
How soon after my treatments can I mow?
Please refrain from mowing for a couple of days after treatment and ensure the lawn has been well watered prior to its next cut to ensure fertilisers, weed killers etc take optimum effect.
When should I water my lawn?
Lawns should be well watered as soon after treatment as possible providing there has been no weed or moss killer applied. In this instance please postpone watering for 24 hours.
During dry or hot periods you may have to water the lawn more frequently.
Are the treatments safe for pets and children?
Yes, but we do advise keeping them off the grass for two hours after weed and moss killing.
How quickly will the weeds die?
Under normal circumstances weeds will die within a few days but it will take several weeks for them to disappear.
How quickly will my lawn improve?
Weather permitting improvement is visible within a couple of weeks, please do not expect an overnight miracle though. Lawn care is an ongoing process, greater results will come over time.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No we offer a pay as you go service which you can cancel at any time.
